Ahhh, Paul Newman….1925 to 2008…

Paul Newman seemed to be a pretty decent guy, don’t ya think? I mean, we know of his successful acting career but when you hear how he lived his life overall – it seems as though that was just secondary – really.

He was successfully married for 50 years to Joanne Woodward. Had five kids. Created a business that gave all of its profits to the charity he created to help young children cope with serious illness. He loved racing – still involved in it at 80. He just seemed to know how to enjoy life without creating scandal. Tough when you’re in the public eye.

His family and closest friends have no doubt lost someone they loved dearly.
